Up to the present the production
is mainly concerned with the flexible packages (bags) and
rigid containers (cans, glass jars, etc..) with weight ranging
from 50 g up to a maximum of 15-20 kg depending on the type
of product to be packed.
The products that can be handled
are exclusively solid and more precisely, according to their
granulometry:

very fine powdered products:
dyestuff, ice-cream powder, yeast, stucco powder,
icing sugar, flour and so on ;

fine powdered products:
dietetic foods, ground coffee, detergents, grated cheese,
abrasive
powder, spices, sugar, seeds, etc.;

medium granular products:
citrate, cloves, coffee beans, cereals, rice, tea, raisins,
beans, etc.;

large granular products: macaroons,
sweetmeats, chocolates, dried fruits, mushrooms, short
pasta, metallic pieces, and so on;

very large products: biscuits,
potatoes, short-breads, dried mushrooms, deep-frozen
vegetables, etc.;
