SERAM with the new R.T.S. series products (66-TR, 167-TR, 87-GR, 87-GD, RC-24) is able to satisfy very different market requirements in the filling of rigid containers (plastic, tin-plate, glass jars, laminated cardboard containers) with powdered or small-sized products. SERAM deals mainly with the food, pharmaceutical and chemical sectors.
Depending on the product, on the type of container and on the production rate, the numerous weight measuring solutions are integrated with the R.T.S. systems (WH-192 weighing machines, DOS/C102 auger fillers and VF volumetric cup dosers).
The filling lines integrated with the dosing systems can be equipped with weight control stations with feed back function to ensure a constant product dosing throughout the production cycle.
The working parameters of the plants created in this way are controlled by microprocessor, visualized on displays and memorizable in programs which can be called up from the keyboard.
To complete the range of the filling equipment, SERAM may supply also sealing machines for the application of pre-cut membranes on the container's mouth with cold glueing, thermal or induction sealers, cappers, seamers and labellers .
